Our Visit to Dreamforce 2025: Key Takeaways for the Future of Lead Gen & Marketing Funnels

This year, AD Vibrance had the chance to attend Dreamforce 2025, and the energy around AI, data, and the future of marketing was impossible to ignore. Spending a few days in San Francisco surrounded by marketers, CRM experts, and AI innovators gave us a fresh perspective on where the industry is heading and how we can bring that innovation into our client work and into LeadVibe AI.


Here are the key takeaways from our visit.


1. Lead Generation Is Now About Speed, Not Just Volume


One of the biggest themes this year was how AI agents are transforming lead qualification.


Dreamforce showcased how Salesforce’s new Agentforce tools can:


  • enrich leads instantly

  • score them based on intent

  • route them to the right SDR or workflow

  • improve follow-up speed


For marketers, this means lead gen is shifting from “How many leads did we get?” to “How fast can we turn a lead into a sales-ready opportunity?”


Our takeaway:

We’re updating our funnels to include an AI-assisted qualification step right after a lead is captured.


2. Monetization Doesn’t Stop at Conversion


Another big message from Dreamforce:

"AI doesn’t only support marketing, it supports revenue."


Sessions around revenue operations, billing, and AI-assisted quoting showed that companies are now using AI to:


  • recommend upsells

  • identify cross-sell opportunities

  • assist with renewals

  • personalize offers in real time


Our takeaway:

We’re building post-conversion workflows where AI agents help drive more revenue from existing leads and customers not just new ones.


3. Funnels Are Becoming Real-Time Systems


A recurring theme across Dreamforce was clear:


AI only performs well when data is unified and clean.


Many sessions focused on how important it is to connect first-party data, track events properly, and build a solid data foundation before adding automation on top.


Our takeaway:

We’re introducing a simple “data readiness check” before building advanced funnels or agent workflows for clients.

When the data is clean, the automation is powerful.


4. What This Means for AD Vibrance Moving Forward


Based on our experience at Dreamforce, we’re applying the following changes across our services:
